Our Service

The scope of the service provided by PhillipsTaylorBrown to any client will obviously depend on the clients initial needs. If a client needs their entire infrastructure rationalising or virtualising this will be the initial focus and when the implementation of this project is complete, we would typically support the new infrastructure with one of our fully outsourced or secondary support packages.

There are however parts of our process which are standard and these create the platform for partnership with our clients and ensure that we not only achieve an effective take on of a client and implement any initial network improvement projects, but also that we constantly review a clients business and our own performance to support it.

Our Initial IT Systems Audit is an essential pre-requisite of our recommendations for how to support your business. Our specially developed software discreetly maps out your current infrastructure and defines area of strength and weakness and provides us a platform from which to recommend change.

Once we have project managed and implemented any initial network change project, our Helpdesk will be available to support a clients business and staff throughout any times specified within the individual contract, up to 24 hours a day.

A month after taking on a new client we will arrange a Post Implementation Review Meeting to discuss how things have gone in the initial period and this is the first step in a rolling sequence of meetings to create a process of continual review – our 6 month strategy meetings are an informal workshop where we discuss how things are going as well as discussing any key developments in our service offering that could benefit our clients and also to discuss any key planned changes within our clients business which could have an impact on IT.
