Outsourced IT Support

To give our fully outsourced clients the flexibility to come up with an IT support package which totally matches their business needs, we have developed three optional packages of support. We can obviously advise as to which package should suit a clients business but this will largely be determined by:

  • The complexity of a clients IT infrastructure
  • Number of site locations
  • Complexity of the clients business processes

As part of our fully outsourced packages some clients like to include regular on-site visits/time included which is good for maintaining staff confidence and also dealing with any routine maintenance issues. Other clients prefer to plan for this type of maintenance on a periodic basis and flex the contracts accordingly – we can be a flexible as a clients business needs us to be.

The emphasis of our Fully Outsourced packages is on a fully integrated partnership. We work with our clients not only to manage their day to day IT support but through a process of constant review of a clients business objectives we provide medium and long term strategic advice regarding IT. This ensures that our clients can plan effectively and maximise their return on IT investment at all times.
