PhillipsTaylorBrown offer a full range of standard and bespoke IT support packages tailored to suit your needs as a business. It's always difficult to cater for everybody but over the years we like to think we have developed one of the best and simplest methods of supporting you.

We like to think of our product matrix similar to that of a mobile phone company.. a basic contract to cover the realistic aspects of your support and then 'bolt-on' products that fit directly with your specific needs. Unfortunately with most IT support companies you ultimately end up paying for things that you don?t use or need!

We can and usually do, make a support contract fit you and your business needs exactly. The options below are only a guide and you are free to add or remove any items as you see fit. It goes without saying that we are happy to help you with this process so we can identify your IT support and development needs exactly.
