Installation of LED Lighting and Control System
The Barbican Centre’s Auditorium One and Two required the installation of high impact low current LED lighting. Working with the city of London, Push The Button designed a scheme which used sympathetically installed internally wired bars over the presentation space and connected to a control system of GrandMA and ETC Mosaic.
Push The Button devised a budget solution to give high impact visual colour changing to the side walls of both auditoriums, which was achieved by using Chauvet LED Battens. The installed solution enabled the Barbican’s technical team to fully configure the room to meet the client’s needs and far easier than they had been able to do before. The work happened as part of a refurbishment of the whole area during a closure of 8 weeks.
